About Nibbys
Ever since I can remember I was fascinated with sweets and tinkering with things, which lead me to being a chocolate maker and a software engineer . I used to think that Swiss milk chocolate (Milka) was the best thing on the planet. Since then I taught myself how to bake (could not depend on my mom after moving away), moved onto cheese cakes, ice cream, gelato and then to bar to bean chocolate. The love of chocolate and deserts is now part of our Nibbys family. We control the ingredients especially sugar content to the point where the little Nibbys find store bought sweets way too sweet. On the bean to bar journey I learned from online and book sources, and then adapted the process and equipment to ease the new rising artisan chocolate makers journey.
The entire Nibbys family enjoys making and tasting chocolate and have become quite the connoisseurs.
